- This is the all trichomoniasis diagnoses among people accessing sexual health services (SHS), expressed as a rate per 100,000 population. Data exclude people accessing SHS services located in England who are resident in Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland or abroad.
Trichomoniasis is a curable bacterial sexually transmitted infection affecting mostly people aged 15 to 49 years.
Figures are from the GUMCAD STI Surveillance System.
Numbers between 1 and 4 with a population less than 10,000 are suppressed. Where counts for City of London are between 1 and 4, these are combined with Hackney.
