Did you know we have a dedicated powers and duties tool?
Available to LG Inform Plus subscribers, it provides information on what current legislation gives English and Welsh councils the power to do and what it requires them to do in law. Advanced searching and filtering options make it easy to find specific powers and duties based on legislation, business function and keyword, and results are easily exported in commonly used formats.

Percentage vaccination coverage - DTaP / IPV / Hib / HepB (12 months) (19708) Metric type
- Help text
- This is the completed immunisations rate at 12 months of children for whom the local authority is responsible who reached their first birthday in this quarter, would have been scheduled to receive their primary course (third dose) of the combined diphtheria, tetanus, acellular pertussis vaccine, inactivated poliomyelitis vaccine, haemophilus influenzae type b vaccine and hepatitis B vaccine (DTaP/IPV/Hib/HepB3 or ‘6-in-1’ vaccination) which protects against diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis (whooping cough), polio, haemophilus influenzae type b (Hib) and hepatitis B. The 6-in-1 vaccine has been offered for all babies, since August 2017, when it replaced the 5-in-1 vaccine.
In England, local teams and Child Health Record Departments provided data for upper tier local authorities (LAs) and the associated general practices (GP). All English data were collected through NHS Digital’s Strategic Data Collection Service. There are some expections where for some local authorities GP data only is included (excludes unregistered population), which can lead to under-estimates of coverage. GP level data was censored when individual values were less than 5.
City of London is included in Hackney data.
