Formula -
Sickness Absence (FTE days per employee) is calculated by taking the Total number of days absence over financial year and divinding by the average number of FTE over the financial year
Definition -
The sickness absence calculation should include all staff (including school based support staff), but exclude teachers and all staff in fire services. It should be calculated for the financial quarter.
