Help text
The percentage of offenders who re-offend from a weighted average of the four preceding three-month offender cohorts.. This is calculated as numerator divided by denominator and then multiplied by 100, where the numerator is the number of offenders in the cohort who are re-offenders and the denominator is the number of offenders in the cohort.

Proportions and averages based on less than 30 offenders are removed as they make data unreliable for interpretation.

Isles of Scilly data are suppressed due to low numbers. However numerator and denominator data for Isles of Scilly published by Ministry of Justice. England values do not include records for which the area of residence is unknown.
