- This is the number of premises that have access to Decent Broadband (at least 10Mbit/s download and 1Mbit/s upload speed) from a Wireless Internet Service Provider (WISP).
It has been produced by Ofcom, using data provided by communications providers and is one of a series of measures Ofcom use to determine fixed broadband performance within an area.
