It is taken from the General Fund Revenue Account Outturn RO3 - Social Care. The data are the sum of service lines 11 -Social care strategy - children, 25 - Children's and families' services - asylum seekers and 29 - Children's and families' services - other The data are revenue outturn estimates of local authority revenue expenditure. These estimates are on a non-Financial Reporting Standard 17 (FRS17) and PFI "Off Balance Sheet".
