- All properties (Band A to H) in England, plus the number of properties valued over £424,000 in Wales.
- Help text
- This is the total number of properties in Council Tax Bands A to H that are liable for council tax. This metric is calculated by taking the total number of properties of on the valuation list and deducting those that are exempt from council tax, and those that receive discount on their council tax from 2008 to 2012.
