- Number of properties valued between £88,001 and £120,000 in England, or the number of properties valued between £123,001 and £162,000 in Wales.

- The number of properties within the authority valued between £88,001 and £120,000 that are liable for council tax. This metric is calculated by taking the total number of properties of this value from the valuation list and deducting those that are exempt from council tax, and those that receive discount on their council tax from 2008 to 2012.
