- This indicator is the number of 17 to 18 year old care leavers not in education, training or employment, owing to pregnancy or parenting. It covers young people whose 17th or 18th birthday falls between 1 April and 31 March (each given year) who were previously looked after for least 13 weeks after their 14th birthday, including some time after their 16th birthday, are considered.
