Care homes includes all locations which are are included in CQC's classification of 'Location Inspection Directorate - Adult Social Care' and have service type "Care Home with nursing" or "Care Home without nursing" and have an overall rating of 'inadequate' and "care homes beds" is equal to or less than 10.
