Individuals, who meet the income and trading criteria and whose business has been affected by Coronavirus, can claim a taxable grant worth either 80% or 30% of their average monthly trading profits depending on the change in turnover reported in their Financial Impact Declaration (FID). To be eligible for the higher grant, individuals must declare that their turnover has declined by 30% or more between their reference year and the pandemic year.
