- This is the average initial equity stake purchased, as a percentage, by the leaseholders in the financial year. It is calculated from the sum of all initial equity stakes (£000s) divided by the sum of all property values at sale, multiplied by 100.
These are schemes where ownership is initially shared. This includes, shared ownership, older persons shared ownership, home ownership for people with long term disabilities (HOLD) and rent to buy where there is shared ownership sale following the initial rental period. This excludes Social Homebuy sales.
