- This is the average value of the initial equity stake, in thousands pounds cash, purchased by the leaseholders in the financial year. It is calculated from the sum of all initial equity stakes (£000s) divided by the number of shared ownership sales.
These are schemes where ownership is initially shared. This includes, shared ownership, older persons shared ownership, home ownership for people with long term disabilities (HOLD) and rent to buy where there is shared ownership sale following the initial rental period. This excludes Social Homebuy sales.
