- This is the number of dwellings sold under shared ownership schemes in the financial year as initial transactions. Each sale is counted as a whole dwelling irrespective of equity stake.
These are schemes where ownership is initially shared. This includes, shared ownership, older persons shared ownership, home ownership for people with long term disabilities (HOLD) and rent to buy where there is shared ownership sale following the initial rental period. This excludes Social Homebuy sales.
