- The number of planning appeal decisions that were classed as invalid against the authority's decision to refuse on planning applications. This metric includes all appeal decisions that were deemed invalid within the reporting period, regardless of when the appeal was lodged.
Until Q3 2015/16 data was uploaded from table 6.1 of the Planning Inspectorate: Statistical Report, post this period all data has been calculated from Planning Inspectorate Appeals Data
