- This is the total number of households in fuel poverty using the Low Income High Costs (LIHC) measure. It covers all households, not just those of older people.(DISCONTINUED in 2021 as new methodology has been introduced for 2019 data).
The sub-regional fuel poverty modelling provides estimates of the level of fuel poverty at small geographical areas. It is based on national data drawn from the English Housing Survey (EHS).
