- This is taken from the Audit Commission Value for Money profiles and is result of RO6, line 489 central services, col 3 divided by RO summary line 699 col 3. The numerator for this indicator includes recharges within central services, to general fund revenue account, central government, and other accounts. This can result in the expenditure on management and support services being higher than total service expenditure; especially if service expenditure is relatively small in some district councils.
