Combined authority - changes to existing authority Power

- One or more authorities may, in accordance with the requirements of the legislation and Regulations published by the Secretary of State
(a) prepare a proposal for the making of an order under sections 104 to 107F in relation to an existing combined authority, and
(b) submit the proposal to the Secretary of State.
