Town development - contributions to expenses of land drainage works Power
- Description
- The council of a receiving district or an authority eligible to participate may contribute towards expenses incurred by the National Rivers Authority or by an internal drainage board in the execution of works rendered necessary by the carrying out of development which, in the opinion of the authority making the contribution, is town development within the meaning of this Act.
