- Description
- A local authority may resolve (which resolution must be published) that Schedule 2 (regulation the authorisation process for the operation of loud speakers in streets and roads) is to apply to its area and if it does so resolve, Schedule 2 shall come into force in its area on such date as may be specified for that purpose in the resolution.
