Climate change report in England Duty
- Description
- An authority is required to prepare a report on the current and predicted impact of climate change in relation to the authority's functions when and how directed by the Secretary of State. The report may include proposals and policies for adapting to climate change, time-scales for introducing those proposals and policies and an assessment of the progress made by the authority towards implementing the policies and proposals set out in previous reports.
