London Mayor or Assembly member - disqualification due to sexual offences etc. Duty
- Description
- A person is disqualified from being elected or being the Mayor or an Assembly member in the Greater London Authority if the person is subject to:
(a) any relevant notification requirements, or
(b) a relevant order.
Where that notification or order is in relation to sexual offences etc. and is given or made on or after 28 June 2022.
The terms for disqualification are defined by section 21A.
