Special educational needs - publication of information Duty
- Description
- A local education authority shall publish information about special educational provision for children with special educational needs (but without statements) in accordance with these regulations. Information to be published is detailed in the Schedule to these Regulations
The authority should keep that information under review, and where there is a significant change in any of that information, revise the information accordingly and publish the revised information in accordance with regulations.
