Community Infrastructure Levy - deferral of payments Duty

- Where a Community Infrastruture Levy payment is due to be paid by a person with an annual turnover not exceeding £45,000,000 and who is experiencing financial difficulties due to the effects of Coronavirus the authority has a duty to consider a deferral of the payment and may issue a revised demand notice.
Where a deferral request is being considered no surcharge or interest on the payment may be imposed.
