Children's services inspections - publication of report Duty

Description
A local authority in England which has received a copy of a report under section 137 of the Education and Inspections Act must, within 30 working days of receiving the report, publish it by:
(a)sending a copy of the report to each of the authority’s relevant partners under section 10 of the Children Act 2004(2), any person or body with whom the authority has made arrangements under section 10(1)(c) of the Children Act 2004, such of the authority’s Board partners under section 13 of the Children Act 2004 as do not fall within the recipients already identified, at least one newspaper circulating in the area of that authority and at least one radio station serving that area
(b)making a copy of the report available for inspection free of charge at the offices of the local authority
(c)supplying a copy of the report to a member of the public on demand on payment of a reasonable fee.
