- If the registered provider, the registered manager, the responsible individual (if one is nominated), if the registered provider is an organisation, any director of that organisation or if the registered provider is a partnership, any partner in that partnership. is convicted of a criminal offence, whether in England and Wales or elsewhere, that person must without delay give notice in writing to HMCI of:
(a)the date and place of the conviction
(b)the offence
(c)the penalty imposed for the offence
