- Description
- The local authority must as soon as possible after reaching an agreement with the complainant or receiving a request from him:
(a) prepare a written record of the representations;
(b) invite the complainant's comments on it; and
(c) amend it as they consider necessary in light of the complainant's comments on its accuracy.
