Children Act 1989 representations - representations not to be considered Duty
- Description
- A local authority shall not consider, or further consider, representations under these Regulations where conditions specified in the regulations apply and the local authority decide that consideration, or further consideration, of the representations under these Regulations would prejudice the conduct of any proceedings or investigation.
Where the authority decide that they should not consider representations they shall, as soon as possible give notice to the complainant with an explanation of the reasons.
