- Description
- A licensing authority shall consider an application under this section as soon as is reasonably practicable and shall grant, and issue a copy licence, it if satisfied that the licence or summary to which the application relates has been lost, stolen or damaged, and where the licence or summary has been lost or stolen, that the loss or theft has been reported to the police.
