Planning - brownfield land register Duty

- Each local planning authority must prepare, maintain and publish a register of previously developed land which is within their area and which meets the criteria defined in these regulations.
The register is to be known as that local planning authority’s “Brownfield Land Register”
The register must be published by 31st December 2017
