- Local authorities (as public sector bodies) are under a general duty to permit re-use within prescribed timescales and if doing so, must act in accordance with regulations 11 to 16 and establish an internal complaints procedure to determine complaints arising under the Regulations. (Implementing Directive 2013/37/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 June 2013 (O.J. No. L175/1, 27.6.2013), which amends Directive 2003/98/EC on the re-use of public sector information).
