- A local authority must obtain consent from the prescribed health body when making arrangements for the provision of accommodation together with nursing care in reliance on section 47(6) of the Social Services and Well Being (Wales) 2014 Act; must resolve any disputes with a health body, Local Health Board or clinical commissioning group as prescribed.
