Schools - academy conversion surplus Duty

- The LA must determine the surpluses in federated schools which are converting to Academies according to a prescribed calculation; notify the proprietor (as prescribed) within four months of conversion; follow the procedure set out in the event of a review by the Secretary of State and pay any surplus determined as a result of the review within one month.
