- Local authorities/schools must make the determination of the pupil's relevant school or institution under section 33D(1) of the 2000 Act within 5 working days following receipt of the pupil's request
The school/local authority must follow a prescribed procedure when determining, reviewing or determining whether the student is entitled to follow or continue with a course of study.
