Special educational needs or disability - publication of local offer Duty
- Description
- A local authority must publish information about—
(a) the provision it expects to be available in its area at the time of publication for children and young people who have special educational needs or a disability, and
(b) the provision that it expects to be available outside its area.
The local offer should include information about all the areas specified in Schedule 2 of the Special Educational Needs and Disability Regulations 2014
The local offer should be published on the authority's website. The authority should also publish arrangements for enabling those without access to the internet to get information
