- Description
- Every council shall keep a register of applications for the stopping up or diversion of rights of way. The manner in which the register is kept and the information to be held should be as prescribed by regulations. Wales - every council shall keep a register containing such information as may be prescribed with respect to applications this Act. Every register kept under this section shall be available for inspection by the public free of charge at all reasonable hours.
