- A local housing authority in Wales, and any officer or employee of a local housing authority in Wales concerned with their housing functions, shall supply the Welsh Ministers with such information as the Welsh Ministers may specify, either generally or in any particular case, for the purpose of enabling the Welsh Ministers to exercise their functions
