- Description
- Where a child is being looked after by a local authority Part 2 of Schedule 2 states: the authority shall, where appropriate, endeavour to promote contact between the child and his parents; any person who is not a parent of his but who has parental responsibility for him; and any relative, friend or other person connected with him and keep them informed of where he is being accommodated.
