Performing animals - register Duty
- Description
- A local authority must keep a register (which must be available for inspection) for the purpose of this Act containing the details of any person who exhibits or trains animals who applies for registration in the prescribed form and on payment of such fee as appears to the local authority to be appropriate and give to the applicant a certificate of registration.
