- Description
- Everyone is entitled to a minimum supply of electricity, gas and water. A Local Advisory Committee (LAC) acts as mediator at the request of the energy supplier between the distributor and the customer. An agreement can be made for payment in instalments. Sometimes the customer is referred to get advice on budgeting.
