Household waste - penalty charge Power
- Description
- A local authority (waste collection authority) may issue a penalty under section 20B(1) of the London Local Authorities Act 2007 Act within the range of £60 to £80 and, under section 20B(3) of the 2007 Act, may make provision for treating a penalty as having been paid if a lesser amount (not less than £40) is paid before the end of a specified period.
