School admissions - variation of arrangements Power
- Description
- A local authority (admission authority) may vary the admission arrangements that they have determined for any relevant age group where such a variation is necessary to give effect to the School Admissions Code; the implementation of approved proposals; or a correction to any omission or misprint in the admission arrangements and the procedures for changing admission arrangements in section 89(5) to (7) of the SSFA 1998 do not apply.
