- Where by reason of street works the traffic authority makes an order or issues a notice under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (temporary prohibition or restriction of traffic), the authority may recover from the undertaker the whole of the costs incurred by them in connection with or in consequence of the order or notice.
