Regulatory enforcement - enforcement undertaking Power
- Description
- A local authority may, where deemed to be the Regulator and where authorised by an SI to do so may accept an enforcement undertaking from a person in a case where the regulator has reasonable grounds to suspect that the person has committed a relevant offence.
