- This indicator is the percentage of all former relevant young people whose 19th, 20th or 21st birthday falls between 1 April and 31 March (in the relevant year) who were previously looked after for at least 13 weeks after their 14th birthday, including some time after their 16th birthday, are considered. Of these children, we are interested in those young people who were recorded are being judged to be in suitable accommodation.
