This is the proportion of children who have been looked after continuously for 12 months who have achieved at least level 4 at Key Stage 2 in both English and Mathematics. The denominator used to calculate this percentage is based on children looked after continuously for at least twelve months at 31 March excluding those children in respite care, and who were aged 10 at the start of the academic year, i.e. on 31 August. The expected level for this age group is to achieved at least level 4 in English and mathematics. Figures at Key Stage 2 are based on test results. Pupils in schools which did not participate in Key Stage 2 tests have been removed from the calculations.
