This metric is for use in calc XXX and is not intended for publication. It multiplies the metric: The planned funding from central government - Revenue Accounts Budget by -1 to inverse the value. The original metric is the sum of Local services support grant (LSSG); Specific and special grants inside AEF; Revenue support grant; and Retained income from Rate retention scheme (lines 903, 904, 951 and 970).
These estimates are on a non International Accounting Standards 19 (IAS19) & Private Finance Initiative (PFI) on an "Off Balance Sheet" basis.
