- The total number of fires in non-domestic premises in the quarter. This was previously BVPI 207. Primary fires include all fires in buildings, vehicles and outdoor structures or any fire involving casualties, rescues, or fires attended by five or more appliances. Non-domestic premises includes all premises which are not dwellings or derelict buildings.
