- The amount (if any) which the authority has calculated as its share of its estimated Collection fund deficit / surplus for previous year, pursuant to the Local Authorities (Funds) (England) Regulations 1992, which is to be transferred to / from the authority’s Collection Fund in current year in accordance with section 97(4) and (3) respectively of the Local Government Finot applicablence Act 1988.
