- Number of properties valued up to £40,000 in England or the number of properties valued up to £44,000 in Wales.
- Help text
- The number of properties within the authority valued up to £40,000 that are liable for council tax. This metric is calculated by taking the total number of properties of this value from the valuation list and deducting those that are exempt from council tax, and those that receive discount on their council tax from 2008 to 2012.
